Screening Cleared!!! At least...for the most part. The last box to check off is the medical clearance from my OB. Can it be from one of the docs at the fertility clinic? No. Ok, so it has to be from my Gyn. Yes. I called my OB/Gyn office -- well we can't clear you because our records indicate that you still have an IUD in. I told them, "I had it removed." Oh? By whom? "By the Nurse Practitioner at the fertility clinic I work at." Oh...well why can't they sign off that you are clear for pregnancy? Smack my head...

So I have an appointment next week at the OB/Gyn to confirm that I have indeed had my IUD removed -- even though I've had at least 3 people look inside my uterus over the last month.

Meanwhile...I get to start my mock cycle! Patches, patches, patches. I'm going to look like a human quilt at the end of this.

Day 1 - today! 1st estrogen patch in place!

1st estrogen check in 1 week (next Friday!). Level should be 50 or greater.

First ultrasound 10 days later (11/28!) and follow-up blood draw. Lining should be 8-12 mm and level should be 300 or greater.

Come on uterus! Let's be an ovary-chiever! :-)
